eBoss scoops User Recommended Recruitment Software award
eBoss is delighted to announce that our recruitment software product has been recognised in the Software Suggest 2020 awards. Competing under the category for “User Recommended” software, eBoss topped the list of recruitment software companies vying for the prize.
eBoss Director of Sales Rob Ward said that it was “lovely to receive recognition for the work we have put into creating a top user experience”.
UK Director of Sales Robert Ward said:
“Over the past twenty-four months, eBoss has built a new customer care programme, essentially from the ground up. We have appointed account managers and first points-of-contact for every one of our clients and customers.
Our dev team is focused on quality-of-life improvements which aid recruiters in their everyday tasks. So it was lovely to receive recognition for the work we have put into creating a top user experience.”
How UX became integral to the eBoss brand
Before awarding the prize, judges consider real-world user testimonials, as well as written endorsements from sites such as Capterra. The judging panel praised eBoss for a “commitment towards your customers and the exceptional service provided to them”.
Delivering an award-winning service has not been a matter of chance. Over the last two years, eBoss has implemented specific customer care workflows and the Satismeter Net Promoter Score system. This has enabled eBoss to detect and resolve customer issues faster than ever before. We are delighted that quick response times and keeping a keen ear towards customer requests has been recognised.
It is the second accolade in as many years for eBoss. Last year, we claimed the “Great User Experience” by demonstrating our commitment to customer requests for support and features.

UX is a big part of brand prominence; the software product is never the ‘finished article’ so to speak. But we are glad that our customers have acknowledged that our service is consistently heading in the right direction in terms of satisfaction and usability.
