Award-winning MPloy among the UK’s best to work for | UK Recruitment News
Leading recruitment agency MPloy has been recognised in the Sunday Times 100 Best companies list.
The recruitment agency Mploy Staffing Solutions (long-time partners of eBoss) has been named among the Best Companies to Work For by the Sunday Times.
The annual competition saw MPloy appearing at number 30 on the list. The announcement was made at the Sunday Times Best Companies award ceremony at Battersea Evolution, last Wednesday (February 13th).
The prestigious award recognises those UK businesses which provide the most attractive and effective experiences for their staff. The contest is judged by Best Companies, who assess the merits of each enterprise across several key areas. Deciding factors include: leadership, staff well-being, personal development, and employment fairness.
Mploy, whose list of clients include the RNLI, Nationwide building society and luxury yacht manufacturer Sunseeker received a three-star accreditation from Best Companies.
A successful programme of care
The Sunday Times award pays tribute to the way the Mpoy management team supports its staff with both opportunities and resources.
The Mploy core employee well-being initiative includes enhanced maternity packages; free, confidential stress-management advice from Stress Right; and a wide range of social activities and events throughout the year. The company also encourages employees to take time out of work to volunteeri in the local community.
Mploy also offers an effective mentoring programme to focus on leadership development and succession planning. The company understands that the future leaders of the business are those working in their branches today. The mentoring programme ensures everyone has a clear way to progress, as well as opportunities to train in order to achieve their personal career goals.
Mark Nash, Mploy’s Finance Director, gave his account of the award. “What an honour it is for Mploy to be recognised as one of the UK’s best employers. Dedicated and hard-working staff are the key to the success of any company. At Mploy, we’ve recognised this from the very beginning.” Mr Nash added that the business “will continue to put the well-being of our staff above everything else.”
“Keeping our staff healthy, productive and, above all, happy, is crucial to our success as a rapidly growing, industry-recognised business.”
Mr Nash also offered advice to agencies eager to replicate the Mploy staffing success story. “Employee engagement should be front of mind for companies of all shapes and sizes.”
“Our mission is to ensure an incredible client and candidate experience. But that’s only made possible by ensuring an equally incredible employee experience.”
