QUICK SEARCH

Quick Search does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s a lightweight search in the top menu bar that is built to return results fas. Unlike semantic search, quick search works off exact values instead of inferred values so it will bring you back exactly what you’ve typed in.

If you know the ID, First or Last Name, Email or Phone number for e.g. a Candidate, you can pull up their information rapidly thanks to the autocomplete feature with a few keystrokes. ID is unique, every Candidate, Client, Contact and Job Vacancy has it’s own ID number. First & Last Names may obviously be similar for multiple Candidates & Contacts so you will be shown a list of matches.

The Quick Search feature works very much the same for Clients also, but with Keyword, Company Name, Contact Name and ID being the data you can search on. It’s the quick-bang search that we’ve built in to your eBoss Recruitment Software for those times when you want something lightening fast.
