STEP 1
2.1) In either grid or list view, navigate to the candidate you would like to send the reminder to and hover over and click the GDPR icon.
2.2) A popup will appear allowing you to choose a contact method, in this example, select SMS, enter the message and scroll down to hit submit.
2.3) The communication is sent to the client and recorded in their communication notes.
STEP 2
3.1) When your candidate receives communication from you regarding GDPR compliance, they will have the option to visit a link and either grant or deny permission.
3.2) The permissions page is a public facing part of your system that, once interacted with, updates your database automatically.
3.3) If a client has denied permission, the GDPR icon will be shown in red. If permission has been granted, the GDPR icon will be shown in green.
