The Parties to this Agreement are:

1.eBoss Online Recruitment Solutions Ltd, registered 612-616 Wimborne Rd, Bournemouth, Dorset BH9 2EN

2.Any person, association or corporate body referring a customer to eBoss

• Customers who are referred must not currently be registered, known by or in contact with eBoss

• Referrals must be made to eBoss via our online form before registration of the referred customer. Any referrals made at a later stage shall not be valid

• Referrals must be a personal contact of yours who has agreed to your recommendation and the sharing of their personal/contact details

• Customers must be retain a paid eBoss subscription for a minimum of six consecutive months cooldown period before a reward is paid out

• Upon commencement of a paid subscription, you will be advised that the customer has become an eBoss customer as a result of your referral and informed of the cooldown period at this time via the contact details provided on your original form. Once the cooldown period has passed, your reward will be sent as cash to the bank account supplied by the referrer upon sign-up

• Rewards may be paid either to a business accounts or to the individual referrer account – whichever is supplied upon sign-up.

• First referrals earn the referrer a gross payment of 25% of the first referee’s total spend with eBoss for the first 12 months of their subscription.

• A second referral earns the referrer a gross payment of 30% of the second referee’s total spend with eBoss for the first 12 months of their subscription.

• Third and subsequent referrals earn the referrer a gross payment of 35% of all subsequent referees’ total spend with eBoss for the first 12 months of their subscription.

• eBoss shall not be responsible for the payment of tax, VAT or any other statutory deductions in relation to any Referral Fee payable to you

• To qualify for a reward, your referred customer must begin a paid eBoss subscription within 12 months of referral

• There is no limit to the amount of people you can refer. The more referrals you make the greater the rewards!

• All rewards are paid as cash to the bank account supplied by the referrer upon sign-up.

• eBoss reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time

• The value of any Referral Fee will be based on the total spend of eligible referred customers during the first 12 months of their paid eBoss subscription.

• The value of any Referral Fee will be determined by eBoss. Any changes or increases to the value will otherwise be agreed in writing between you and eBoss

• eBoss reserves the right to alter the Terms & Conditions at any point or terminate the Referral Scheme

• In the event of any dispute arising between You and eBoss, eBoss’s decision shall be final
